Users must not upload or submit any photo, description, floor plan, document, logo, contact detail, or personal information unless they own it or have permission to use it.

• Edit, hide, suspend, restrict, or remove the listing or content.

7. Temporary Removal During Review

In some cases, 168Property.my may temporarily hide or restrict content while a complaint, copyright claim, privacy request, fraud report, or ownership dispute is being reviewed.

This does not mean we have made a final decision about the dispute. It is a platform safety step to reduce legal, privacy, user, and website risk.

8. Repeat Misuse

If a user repeatedly submits unauthorized, copied, fake, misleading, infringing, or problematic content, 168Property.my may restrict, suspend, or remove the user’s listings, account, or access to website features.

9. No Legal Decision by 168Property.my
